Training
The training will involve 4 hours which will consist of the following:

1. Comprehensive interactive training on anatomy and clinical guidance on Microsuction Ear Wax Removal using our endoscopic equipment and manual tools as well as Pharmacy First Gateway Point help.

2. Live demonstration and thorough practice on mannequins.
​
3. Competency sign off with 1:1 supervision by our team of expert Audiologists. Certification of clinical competency given to each staff member.
Aftercare

On hand clinical guidance and advice with appointments.​

Remote support available prior to appointments and response to clinical queries within the hour. ​
