Our accedited microsuction ear wax removal course is deleveloped by Audiologists and ENT specialists, and has been carefully developed to ensure ultimate safety and effeciency to trainees and patients alike. This package includes the equipment listed below, along with ongoing clinical and commercial support. Unlike many other providers, there are no monthly fees. The cost covers training for all eligible staff. We believe this is the most comprehensive and affordable package available in the UK. Training can take place at your pharmacy, clinic, or office. If you don't have a venue or room, we'll arrange one near you.

Training:
Endoscopic Microsuction training is provided at your pharmacy or clinic at no additional charge, or you can attend at a nearby venue. We aim to offer training in your region once a month, so if you miss a session, there will be another available soon.
 
What the training involves
 
Seminars (conducted remotely before onsite training):
 
Seminar 1 (1.5 hours):
Course materials, handbook, essential & recommended reading - Earwax removal: Historical and current perspectives -
Earwax: General characteristics and production - Critical evaluation of included earwax removal equipment -
Outer ear anatomy and physiology - Informed consent, record keeping, and communication needs
 
Seminar 2 (1.5 hours):
Symptoms of occluded wax
PPE and infection control
Contraindications to earwax removal 
Pathologies of the outer and middle ear
 
Practical Onsite Training Itinerary (4-6 hours):
Delivery of your equipment- Setup, tutorial, and maintenance of the microsuction machine and iPhone Endoscope
Demonstrations of endoscopic microsuction techniques and manual tools on dummies, with time for hands-on practice and one-on-one trainer support
Demonstrations of endoscopic microsuction techniques and manual tools on live patients, followed by trainee practice on live patients with one-on-one trainer support
Observation of a live appointment, followed by trainees conducting a live appointment from start to finish
Q&A session- Opportunity to revisit and practice any techniques
Sign-off and certification
Remote retraining as needed
