Endoscopic Microsuction training is conducted at your pharmacy or clinic at no extra cost, or you can attend a nearby venue. 
 
Train as many eligible staff from your business as you like, with no additional charge.
Training is conducted in groups to ensure each trainee becomes fully competent
 
What the Training Involves:
 
Remote Seminars (conducted before onsite training):
 
Seminar 1 (1.5 hours):
  Course materials, handbook, essential & recommended reading
  Earwax removal: Historical and current perspectives
  Earwax: General characteristics and production
  Critical evaluation of earwax removal equipment (if purchased)
  Outer ear anatomy and physiology
  Informed consent, record keeping, and communication needs
 
Seminar 2 (1.5 hours):
  Symptoms of occluded earwax
  PPE and infection control
  Contraindications to earwax removal
  Pathologies of the outer and middle ear
 
Practical Onsite Training Itinerary (4-6 hours):
Setup, tutorial, and maintenance of the microsuction machine, low-pressure irrigation, and iPhone Endoscope (if equipment is purchased)
Demonstrations of endoscopic microsuction techniques, low-pressure irrigation, and manual tools on dummies, with hands-on practice time and one-on-one guidance from the trainer
Demonstrations of techniques on live patients, followed by trainee practice on live patients with one-on-one trainer support
Observation of a live appointment, with trainees given the opportunity to conduct an entire appointment from start to finish
Q&A session
Time to revisit any techniques that trainees wish to practice further
Final sign-off and certification
